As-Needed Support
As-Needed Support is provided when it's time to
upgrade your systems, install new software or your server has just
crashed. We will analyse the situation, discuss your needs, develop
a plan of attack, implement the solution, and follow up after
completion.
Support Contract
Take advantage of the consistency of a support
contract with set hours for desktop IT support and local area
network (LAN) maintenance. With a support contract you get service
at a set time on a regular basis. Regular onsite service and support
provides benefits such as:

Depot IT can provide a Connectivity Server that
will be your Secure Gateway to the Internet.
Depot IT Connectivity Servers start at $850.00
for the standard platform of an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB RAM,
2 GB Compact Flash Drive, in a Slim Micro Case. The computer
systems built by Depot IT are assembled from carefully chosen parts
to ensure reliability and performance. We methodically build and
install our systems to ensure all components are tested along the
way and would proceed as follows for your Connectivity server:

Server installation of the Depot IT Linux
system based on Fedora Core. The server Installation has been
hardened to ensure system security and reliability.

After system testing has been successfully
completed the Connectivity Server will be configured to suit the
specific needs of your network.

We will then make arrangements with you for
the delivery and integration of the completed server into your
existing computing environment.

System integration also includes liaising with
any third parties you nominate to ensure that the implementation
of the server platform is carried out as cleanly and smoothly as
possible. Thus, ensuring minimal interruption to you and your
business.

Your nominated staff will be introduced to the
server and client configuration demonstrations will be performed.
Ongoing maintenance is also available on Depot IT
Connectivity Servers and includes upgrades and maintenance; which is
billed monthly.
